At Adept, we believe that well-trained personnel are the backbone of effective security. Our in-house training facility, the Institute of Security & Safety Management (ISSM), is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and is dedicated to building professional excellence in security and safety services.

Training is conducted by a team of highly experienced instructors, including retired Defence Officers and JCOs, as well as industry experts. The program is led by Dy. Commandant (Retd.) Virendra Singh Yadav, who brings over 34 years of CRPF experience, including key operational roles in counter-insurgency zones.
